Which product can you use for clean your tongue piercing?

Use an alcohol free mouthwash to rinse with.

muffinmoose93: H2Ocean is only a couple bucks and is what i got at the piercing shop, also there is a very expensive but highly recommended mouthwash called Biotene, and I've never done it...mixing sea salt with water.
