Who is the youngest sister in charmed?

There are 3 real sisters Prue, Piper and Phoebe (that's the age order) but then Prue dies and they find out that they have another half sister Paige who is then the youngest so youngest real sister is Phoebe but if you include half sisters it's Paige (they all have the same Mom )
