I found small yellowish worms and small shells in my cupboard where I store flour rolled oats and open bags of pasta What are these and how do you git rid of them?

these worms al;ready live in these products...they seem to hatch after long storage and not using these items...if u refridgerate these it will prolong freshness of product and the worms cannot mature.....if u bought this product with the worms already hatched it means the pr5oduct was sold to you "old."
