Where is the engine block heater cord on a 2013 ford escape?

Open the hood and locate the battery toward the back right of the engine compartment. To the right of the battery is a fuse box (black). It has a picture of a fuse moulded into its plastic cover. Right on top of this fuse box is a wire harness which terminates with a round rubber cover. Take off this cover and you'll see a very ordinary 3-prong plug for the block heater.
