What are the advantages of having an octopus as a lifeguard?

Advantages

Can rescue as many as 8 at a time from sinking boats, and don't complain about spending long hours in the water. When filling out reports, doing them in quadruplicate is no bother, and their pens never run out of ink.

Disadvantages

They need big tanks if they are going to be sleeping in the bunkhouse, and some people who are rescued may complain about getting unwanted hickeys.
