Where is the low port on a 4 cylinder 2007 Camry?

On a 2007 four-cylinder Toyota Camry, the low port for the air conditioning system is located on the larger diameter aluminum line, typically near the passenger side of the engine bay. It is usually found close to the firewall and is covered by a plastic cap that is often blue.
