How do you find Katie on Animal Crossing wild world for Ds?

sometimes, if you have wifi sessions one of two cats (Katie & Katlin) will come to your town. the other cat will be in a wifi friend's town.

you can't choose when you get them or which one you get except obviously you must use Wifi connect with other Animal Crossing wild world players to get them at all.

Katie is a kitten who lost her mom, Katlin. One of your wifi friends will have one cat and you will have the other.

you will find them wandering around your town occasionally. just walk around until you see one. talk to Kalin and she will tell you where she thinks the lost Katie. talk to katie and she will follow you. (i don't think katie tells you where katlin is but i'm not sure. )

when the friend of yours who has Katlin's gates are open, lead Katie into the town gate and then the other town. There will be a cutscene of them reuniting and Katie will send the person who who had her in her town a exclusive gift.
