Do interior designers work together or by themselves?

Both. I've worked with someone who worked alone but I am now a interior designer myself and have partnered with someone. Some designers have different strengths so enjoy the collaboration, bouncing ideas off of someone else and frankly, feel it's too much pressure having to make all decisions on their own. If you have a good partnership, and a bookkeeper to handle all the $$, it's a lot of fun!
