When the heart has a rate of less than 60 beats per minute?

I sometimes have a pulse rate of 49 when I'm sitting down in the evening relaxing after a busy day, I'm usually very relaxed and chilled when I use my BP machine which is about 124/72 my normal heart rate is 60-70 during the day. But yes under 60 means your relaxed, or on prescription medication that relaxes the nervous system or mussels. Its not abnormal, actually its common, so do not worry. Pulse will slow down when you have little or no stress or anxiety... then rise to stressful situations.
