You can go to any department store to purchase a bra. In order to not attract attention (which seems to be your issue), you need to find out what size bra to get right? This is the formula. Measure your chest below your nipples approximately three inches down. If you have a breast issue, measure below the breast or under the overhang. This is where the band of the bra will fit and it needs to fit snugly to stay in place with movement. Bra band measurements (36,38, ect.) are standardized and if you measure an odd number (37, 39, ect) then "go up" to the next even number. For comfort if this is your first bra, add two inches as this will give you "breathing room" and will not bind. For the cup size, measure directly across the widest part of the chest. In women, this is the fat part of the breast. The difference in the two measurements determines the cup size. A difference of two inches is "a" cup, four inches is "b"cup, and so forth. If you are interested in control of a problem, then I would suggest a sports bra. The banding is larger and the cups will firmly support and prevent "jiggling". These were designed for women atheletes' needs. The design of most of them is quite similar to an athletic cut tee shirt and with a tee, will be unnoticeable in dress clothes. If you are interested in a bra for other reasons, then any bra that appeals to you is your choice. One note, check for the return policies of the store. You can get it home and try it on. If it doesn't fit, it still must have the tags attached in order to return it. Keep your receipt of course. With a bit of shopping and experimentation, you will find the right bra for you.
