Where can you get a pp up in Pokemon FireRed?

You can trade 3000 berry powder thingies for one in a house in Cerulean or you could just go and catch a Meowth (check your pokedex for areas because it's too common for me to bother to list all of them) and put it in your party. It will eventually pick up a pp up.

TIP! Get 5 meowth/any other Pokemon with pick up (phanpy is one of them) and a strong Pokemon at the front of your party. This will get you 5 times the items! Hope that helps!
