How do you connect your new laptop to the internet?

Its hard to think anybody who has bought a laptop would not know how... but here we go.

Ok what your looking for is an 'Ethernet Port' or as it should be called a 'Cat 5' port (Cat 5 is the name of a 'internet,Ethernet' cable)

It will look something like this (Size/shape wont change from different laptops but placement will)

Ok, I'm assuming you've got your Modem pluged in and your Ethernet cable plugged into the Modem on the other side of the cable. (If not go on your Internet providers website and check how to do all that stuff)

Simply Plug the Ethernet Cable into the Ethernet port and Done :D
