Where is the kill switch located on 97 dodge stratus?

Fords are the only manufacture that the federal government made put fuel pump stop switch on their cars and trucks. Now, Chrysler has the fuel system running through the ignition. If the pick-up or ICM goes bad, it will kill the fuel system.
