No. First, all dinosaurs (besides birds, which areconsidered dinosaurs) died out millions of years ago. Secondly, it would take a few seconds even for the largest meat eating dinosaur to pick up and swallow even one person. I am certain that even a Giganotosaurus would not be capable of eating more than 6 people in a minute.
