Is there such a breed as a sea goose?

Sure. They are called Eiders. They are a beautiful group of birds that live in the oceans (primarly in Alaska and into Russia) and have a more protein-based diet to compensate for the additional energy needed to stay warm in arctic temperatures. Awesome animals!

The sea goose is not a species, but a term used to describe several species allied to the Canada goose, such as the Hawaiian goose, red chested goose, and others.

Eiders are ducks, not geese, such as the king eider, Somateria Spectabilis, and the common eider, Somateria Mollissima.
