I recomend Drinking about 3-4liters of water just to get used to it, on the day of your test get up early,(4-6hours befor) and start drinking up to 4liters of water and try to take vitamin pills with ,vitamin B2,B12,C, Zinc also helps. I also suggest drinking Cranberry juice, don't try to take the health store products because they might make your results even worse. If you smoke weed then i recomand you work out alot, sweat it out, burn some fat and drink tons of liquids, Gatorade is good too. And hopefully you would, if not pass you would receive a low level of toxin in your test.
