Inserting video into
PowerPoint is a quick 2 step process. Selecting the slide where you want your movie, choose
Insert/Movies and Sounds/Movie from File. Navigate to the file you want to insert and select it. You can choose to have the video play automatically during this process. Right clicking on the video will give you options to edit the looping and other behavior.
Putting text on the video can be done with free tools from Microsoft - MovieMaker - and Apple - iMovie.
