first you have to write the author (the one who wrote the info) if they don't have a author then write the title in " ". then you write the web site, ex) answers (underline it). then you have to find the date of the website last updated (usaully found on the bottom). write web or print depending on where you get the info. write the date you accessed the web. last write the entire url.
