How do you kiss mouth to mouth?

The act is known as CPR (that being Cardio-Pulmanory Resuscitation), and is more than just a "kiss". I won't walk you through the whole thing because that's not what you asked, but you've got to use your own oxygen to supply them some oxygen. You hold their nose, tilt their head up and simply breath deeply into their mouths.
