Is Neonatal communicable

The neonatal period refers to the first few weeks of a babies life. Communicable could be defined as the transmission of something, eg an infection, from one person to another.

Therefore the answer to the question is no as the two Words are exclusive in their common day usage. Another usage for communicable is talkative though and whilst neonatal babies could not be described as talkative they can be noisy!
