How will i write a Letter of thank you to a client?

The format for business thank you notes follows the same format; single-spaced,with a letter head, date, recipient address, and salution. Or, there's nothing wrong with the personal touch and handwriting it on a note card if it is not a mass mailing. I don't know what your business is but something along the lines could be: Dear Preferred Customer: Thank you for your recent order and continued patronage. We want to congradulate you on your recent purchase of (product/service). We look forward to servicing your business with our quality products and Excellent customer service staff.
