How many cups in 200 grams of yogurt?

This may vary from brand to brand, but this will be about 2 1/2 cups for Oatmeal (Rolled Oats). I verified this with the brand I use, Country Choice Organic Oven Roasted Oats available from Trader Joe's. Groats and Steel Cut are much different.
