I believe it's "Nete iku kudasai".

Nete - Verb, to sleep.

Iku - Verb, to go

Kudasai - Please

'iku' literally means 'to go' as in to go somewhere, and can't be used in this way.

You should simply say 寝てください (nete kudasai).
