How do you change the passenger side rear view mirror glass only on a Honda crv?

Rather than buying a Honda 'factory' replacement, save yourself some money and go to a glass shop and have them look at it. If it is a fully equipped shop, they will be able to cut the mirror glass to the proper dimensions AND have the proper mastic (glue) to fasten it in place.
