Best cities for arthritis patients to live?

I have suffered from RA since I was nine and have been in all kinds of climates from icy snow covered winters to the dry desert climate in outback Australia and in constantly hot humid climates. I have found throughout that it make no difference one way or the other where you are. Your peace of mind probably has more to do with it.
