To get out of the pit in Brinstar in Super Metroid, you need to use the Morph Ball ability to roll through the narrow passages and avoid enemies. Locate the Super Bomb, which can be found in an adjacent area, and then return to the pit. Use the bombs to create an opening in the terrain, allowing you to escape. If you have acquired the Speed Booster, you can also use it to gain enough momentum to jump out of the pit.
