What are the rules for uno?

Uno is played with a deck of 108 cards, consisting of colored number cards (0-9), action cards (Skip, Reverse, Draw Two), and wild cards (Wild, Wild Draw Four). Players take turns matching a card from their hand to the top card of the discard pile by color, number, or symbol. If a player cannot play a card, they must draw one from the deck. The first player to discard all their cards wins, and players must shout "Uno!" when they have one card left.
