Profecer oak will not give you the naional pokedex even thuogh ive caought 60 kinds of Pokemon and you beat the elite 4 in Pokemon Red?

Pokemon RED? Or FireRed? If it's red, there IS NO NATIONAL DEX!!! There's only 150, because all the others wern't invented. Yup, there's only 150 Pokemon, so get catchin'. If it's FireRed, it's probably got a glitch. Unless you've ONLY defeated the elite four, and not the Champion. Well... You probably have already, which leaves the highly unlikely glitch option.
