Do all animals have feelings Not just animals like dogs cats monkeys etc but bacteria coral jellyfish sea sponges- can they have feelings too?

Most animal life that is capable of developing a relationship with any other form of animal life (primarily of its own species) is capable of emotions to some extent. The difficulty rises in trying to measure it or to quantify if in any way.
