What are the parts of a recorder called?

A recorder typically consists of several main parts: the mouthpiece, which is where the player blows air; the body, which houses the finger holes and is often divided into upper and lower sections; and the foot, which is the lower part of the instrument that may have additional finger holes. Additionally, some recorders have a thumb hole on the back for easier playability. Together, these components work to produce sound and facilitate playing.
