When Athena was born?

Athena's parents was Zeus and Metis. If the baby was a boy, it would be greater than Zeus. He didn't want that. So he turned Metis into a fly and swallowed her. Ever since, he had terrible headaches. So he ordered to cut oped his head and Athena was full-grown and in armor. No one knows for sure the time she was born.
