I'm 152 and im 14.
I was 153 last week. but i lost 1 pound.
I know its not much but I'm getting there.
What i did,
was eat less junk food.
no soda at all!
just water.
no juices.
nothing sweet.
I only ate waffles in the morning or a muffin because you can burn off the calories during the day.
When i saw i wanted chips, i'd take an Apple instead.
I still eat when im hungry but, think of the more healthy choices like fruits, nuts, those kinds of things.
