What information is usually found on the capacity plate of a power boat?

I believe the capacity plate says the number of passengers, the weight limit of the boat, and also the maximum recommended horsepower rating for the hull. I think a lot of them may also have additional information such as make, model and serial number for the boat but that is not required by law as far as I know.
