How do people feel about Amana air conditioners?

Personally, I associate them with Goodman. Junk. Thats probably unfair since Ive never seen or owned one, but they are made by the same company and Ive only worked on one Goodman for a friend and it was a POS. But no doubt it was the model they paid for (lowend) and that is my experience with them and you asked how people feel about them. So that is how I feel and why.
