What is the butter battle book about?

It is a book about two countries who are fighting over a critical difference... whether you eat your bread butter side up, or butter side down. Each side can't understand the other's position, and they keep building bigger and bigger weapons to try to keep the scary people away from them, because, after all, no one wants their children corrupted by people who eat bread... THAT way... Eventually they get to a point where the weapons they are building would probably not only kill the other side, but themselves as well... it's kind of like a Child's introduction to the cold war, and the insane things that adults do, without making any direct references to reality, of course.
