It is from the Scott O'DELL novel, Island of the Blue Dolphins. The main character, Karana meets up with a Russian slave girl named Tutok. A necklace is given to Karana as a gift from Tutok. When Karana puts it on, Tutok says, "Wintscha." It is a Word from Tutok's language that means, "beautiful."
