Hello:) here's a list: (note im not sure if you wanted PURE shoujo ai, or shoujo ai plus some yuri, or gender bender shoujo ai, so i just put everything down. :) it's hard to categorise them because they all have elements of each other inside!)

- Double House (this is more like a girl falling for a man who identifies himself as transgender and dresses like a woman... it's quite good, and it deals with real-life issues about homosexuality, gays having children, acceptance, etc.)

- Kashimashi Girl Meets Girl

- Candy Boy

- Kannazuki No Miko

- Yuri Hime Wildrose (collection of yuri and shoujo ai one-shot manga:))

- Strawberry Panic

- Yurimm Fairy Tales (more like a series of short stories w many illustrations... all of them are fairy tales edited to have yuri :D)

- Six Hours and 5 Minutes

- Girl Friends

- I fell in love for the first time (okay... this is yuri, not shoujo ai. sorry :x )

- Love Slave (there is a darker theme in this one but its still good)

- Husky and Medley (its a very sweet GL love story, but the yuri is only at the last chpt:))
