Who put the sharingan in Kakashi's eye?

Rin Kakashi's former team-mate does (she's a medic) does - the eye is taken from Obito Uchiha (the last member of the squad - which was lead by the later Yondaime Hokage) who is dying and want's to help his friend in his last minutes :)
