Can you take Prednisone and Ritalin?

I asked my doctor and he approved. I only take 4 to 5 mg a day of prednisone. Do not board a plane without first taking pseudoephedrine hcl; this medication stopped a vertigo within minutes! It is great for Arthritis! because of the antihistamine...said my doctor. and I only take one a day. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have no pain...It has not progressed either so, I do not take any other drugs. I do eat a lot of dark cherries and my blood work shows much lower inflamation.
