What does the name Memphis mean?

From the research I have done via google, Yahoo, etc... the name Memphis is of Greek origin, and means "Beautiful", "Well-Established", "Haven of good"...

It's also my 8 month old son's name! I tried one of those programs to get an advanced namesake origin thing, and they didn't have any information on the name "Memphis".
