How do you get Nine Tailed Naruto on Naruto Path of the Ninja 1?

nine-tails naruto isn't available until naruto path of the ninja 2, however , there are 5 scroll pieces scattered in different places, if you get all five, go to the hokage's house, and naruto will be able to use the nine-tails chakra jutsu, it costs 200 chakra points, but after use, any jutsu you use won't cost any chakra points.
