Diclofenac belongs to the class of drug known as NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory). Combination with other over-the-counter pain relief drugs should be limited to acetaminophen (Tylenol and the like). Taken as directed, and not taken for prolonged periods, this combination should be fine. However, do not take diclofenac in combination with other NSAID pain relievers, as it will greatly increase the chance of stomach and liver problems, including bleeding ulcers and other serious conditions.
