2003 Land Rover Discovery Can't take it out park?

I am not sure on the later Discovery's but on my '95 Series 1, the culprit is the brake light switch. Easy to change - when it goes it does not allow the vehicle to move from park.

Call any of the Rover parts catalogs and they can walk you through it.
