Is the new Lowes in La Grange North Carolina located on Promise Road?

As far as quick research and a look at the store locator on the Lowes site, there is no store in La Grange, NC. There is one just down the road (US Hwy 70) outside of Kinston, NC.

and, a Bing map search of "Promise Rd." in La Grange, NC yields no such road, but brings up the southern tip of Africa for some reason.
