In
Photoshop, the measuring tool is called the Ruler Tool. It allows users to measure the distance between points in an image, as well as to determine angles and create guides for alignment. To access it, you can find it under the Eyedropper Tool in the toolbar or by pressing the shortcut key 'I' and cycling through the options. Measurements can be displayed in various units, such as pixels, inches, or centimeters.
