Is kony in jail

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Joseph Kony, the leader of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA), is not in jail and remains at large. He has been the subject of an international manhunt for his crimes, including human rights abuses and war crimes. Despite efforts by various governments and organizations to capture him, he has evaded arrest for years.
