What do you call mixing Gatorade with NyQuil?

I read that mixing vodka with carbonated liquids changes the molecular composition to it's most basic. So it isn't bad for you, but mixing Grey Goose with Sprite basically turns the Grey Goose into Popov, so you're wasting your money by getting that top-shelf vodka & soda. Just order a well drink.
