What is the average insurance settlement whiplash?

I was rear ended in Arkansas and have whiplash. Amazingly there was little damage to my Tahoe but the other drivers truck was drivable but really smashed. He was going about 30 miles an hour when he hit me. I was at a complete stop. how much should I expect in compensation?
