How do you get rid of the squid on amateur surgeon 2?

You have to shock him when he opens his mouth and cut off it's tentacles and after you cut off a tentacle, you have to suck up the oil while he's pumping it. After it dies, remove the tentacles from his heart and seal up all the cuts.
