Has anyone tried sunny acres Mexican shreds?

The cheese wouldn't melt, it only got rock hard and the taste was absolutely horrendous! I am so mad, it ruined my enchiladas! And a note to the company, if you are going to manufacture synthetic cheese then invent some that atleast melts and tastes atleast half way like it came from an animal. And stop poisoning the public, you all ought to be ashamed of yourselves!
